That includes finding the right resort and room type for your family, securing the best available pricing, booking your park tickets, making dining reservations (yes, I wake up at 6 AM so you don't have to!), and building a custom day-by-day itinerary tailored to your family's pace, priorities, and budget. I'm your go-to contact with any questions before, during, and after your trip.

I am not a Disney employee, but I am specially trained and authorized to book Disney vacations. I typically follow up within 1–2 business days after receiving your quote request. For complex multi-destination trips or large groups, it may take a little longer to put together the best options for you.

How far in advance should I start planning?

Accepted Answer

For Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, I recommend starting at least 6–12 months out, especially for popular travel times like spring break, summer, and the holiday season. Dining reservations at the most sought-after restaurants open 60 days in advance, and I'll be there the moment they drop. For Disneyland and Universal, 3–6 months is usually sufficient.

Can you help with dining reservations?

Yes — this is one of the most valuable things I do! Disney's most popular dining experiences (Cinderella's Royal Table, Be Our Guest, Space 220, and more) open for reservations at 6 AM, 60 days before your trip. I set my alarm and book those spots so you don't miss out.

Disney is genuinely one of the most accessible theme park destinations in the world. I can walk you through Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS) pass, accessible room categories at every resort, wheelchair and ECV rentals, accessible transportation options, and attraction accommodations. Just share your family's needs in the quote form — the more I know upfront, the better I can plan.

Can you help families traveling with a service animal?

Yes — and I mean that personally. My husband has a service animal, so I've navigated Disney with one firsthand. I know where every designated relief area is at every park, which attractions have safety restrictions, how to request ground-floor or easy-access rooms, and what to expect at each park entrance. Service animals are also permitted on Disney Cruise Line with advance notification, which I submit as part of your booking.

I monitor active promotions and will let you know if a better deal comes out that applies to your reservation. In many cases, Disney allows reservations to be repriced to take advantage of new offers — another perk of booking through me instead of on your own.
